Hoburne Cotswold, Gloucestershire

Hoburne Cotswold is snuggled in the English Country side, surrounded by no less than 4 lakes, picturesque villages, and quaint country pubs. Only a short distance away are the beautiful cities of Gloucester, Cheltenham and Bristol for you to explore, but there is more than enough to keep you entertained at the Park. Why not make a splash in the two pools, relax in the sauna & steam rooms, take a pedalo out and try your hand at fishing. There is horse riding, cycling and sailing, windsurfing and windsurfing all nearby.  After all that you can eat at the Prickly Pike Restaurant & Bar then head over to the licensed Club to be entertained all season long. Accommodation is available in Static Caravans, Lodges and Chalets, or you can bring your own touring caravan.

That the Cotswolds region of England is one of the most beautiful parts of the country is beyond dispute, and the gentle hillsides, the ‘typically English’ sleepy little villages, many with thatched roofed cottages all add to the effect to make it so.

The Cotswolds is an area rather than just one county, and is made up from Warwickshire, Gloucestershire and part of Oxforshire. The visitor will notice that there are a great many drystone walls in the countryside and quite a lot of these were constructed in the 18th and 19th centuries to enclose farm livestock, and which these days are considered to be a major conservation feature.

With one thing or another the Cotwolds make an ideal holiday venue, walking, discovering or just taking in the breathtaking countryside, so why not give one of the Holiday Parks there a try this year?
