Static caravans and mobile homes for holiday hire in Spain
Once again we recommend that you do just a little homework before you hire a static caravan for your holiday in Spain. Check out what each tour operator offers and what they provide in terms of service such as cleaning the caravan prior to leaving at the end of your holiday.
That is only a little thing but it’s still important and so many families who hire foreign owned static caravans fall into the trap of not cleaning before they leave. That invariably means they forfeit some or all of the €100 deposit they had to hand over in cash at the start of their vacation.
If you hire from a British owned company they normally perform this chore for you – or the company rep does after you leave, but we strongly recommend that you be fair to these guys who work long hours for low pay, so please leave your unit as you would expect to find it.
Most of the static caravans for hire through British companies in Spain will be somewhere along the Mediterranean coast from the French/Spanish border near to Perpignan and down the Costas Brava and Dorada, Catalonia and Cantabrica, and some are for hire on the Atlantic coast of the Costa Verde too.
